You want the best for your roof and with our coating system we assure you that this is one of the best on the market. Formulated in New Zealand for South Island conditions the coatings are manufactured and backed by a 12 year product warranty. The advantages that I see with this systems are:

a. Well proven - the roof coating system has been fully tested in laboratories which proved the system has outstanding lasting qualities - roofs have been coated with our system for over 40 years with thousands of satisfied customers New Zealand wide.

b. Todays formulations have been modified and improved to extend the life of the coatings even further. This is an ongoing process as new technology becomes available.

c. The system involves three full colour coats, two high build and a top coat ensuring longer protection for your roof. This means that even on a small roof, I apply approximately 100 litres of paint (nearly 7 times ordinary paint cover!) as opposed to most roof coating systems that rely on only two coats.

d. Powder oxides for colour are used giving greater protection against UV rays. Note: Some special colours made to customer requirements that do not contain our proven oxides cannot carry our 12 year warranty. We will advise you before you give the go ahead.

e. The formulation involves a high loading of fungicides for extra protection against moss.

5. Free 5 Point Roof Check List
At the same time that we carry out the moss control programme we will conduct a free 5 point check list for your roof. This will include:

1. Check gutters
(state of gutters and whether they need cleaning)

2. Check valleys

3. Check flashings around chimneys, etc

4. Check tiles for damage

5. Check ridges

6. Workmanship Warranty
